Tasha Wallis

Tasha is the Executive Director of the VRA. As Executive Director, Tasha acts as the Association's chief lobbyist and also manages its day-to-day affairs. Her work includes membership development, member benefits, and media relations. Before joining the VRA, Tasha worked in Vermont government for 12 years, serving in a range of high level appointed positions. She is a graduate of Cornell University and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. E-mail

Ceil Stryminski

Ceil is the Membership Coordinator. She is responsible for the administration of the membership files and responds to questions about VRA member benefit services. Along with other tasks she maintains the corporate books and arranges Board and Committee meetings. Her duties also include desktop publishing of the newsletter. Ceil has been a member of the VRA staff since August 1990. E-mail

Kate Kinney

has been our bookkeeper since 1998. She oversees the technical aspects of the financial statements and completes regulatory filing and tax forms. She is responsible for keeping accurate records and for sales journals and cash receipts, as well as payment of bills. E-mail
