The Vermont Retail Association offers a Northeast Delta Dental plan to its members. 
We’re pleased to announce our program continues with NO RATE INCREASE this year. We offer you a selection of two programs to meet your needs. Both plans include Preventive and Diagnostic services, along with benefits for Basic and Major Restorative treatment. Our high option includes Orthodontic benefits for children and adults. Northeast Delta Dental’s Enhanced Benefits are also featured including:
- Coverage for cleanings four times in any period of twelve consecutive months
(Routine or periodontal cleanings in any combination) - Two fluoride treatments during a period of twelve consecutive months for children to age nineteen
- Sealant benefits for children to age nineteen with replacements allowed every three years
- Coverage for implants
An additional benefit for all Northeast Delta Dental subscribers and their dependents is a free vision discount program through EyeMed Vision CareSM. Northeast Delta Dental’s network of Participating Providers includes 88% of all dentists in Vermont and three out of four dentists throughout the nation. These dentists (1) cannot bill the patient for balances above Northeast Delta Dental’s approved amount which prevents you from paying charges over Northeast Delta Dental’s allowances, (2) agree to submit claims to Northeast Delta Dental on behalf of the patient so you won’t be doing the paperwork, and (3) will not require payment of covered amounts at the time of treatment so you won’t pay anything when you receive a cleaning, evaluation or x-ray and will pay only the deductible and coinsurance for other covered services. Even with the vast majority of dentists participating with Delta Dental, there is no limit to dentist selection; members are free to receive treatment from any dentist they choose and will still receive benefits.
