SALES TAX HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE

The Vermont Retail Association and the Vermont Grocers’ Association have teamed up with the Vermont Foodbank to celebrate the spirit of giving during the Sales Tax Holiday weekend. We are thrilled to announce that we already have over 100 food collection points around the State and that food collected in a community will be distributed to local food shelves. Please work with us to be part of this exciting effort as we help fellow Vermonters during the shopping holiday.

Click below on an information sheet that explains all of the details you need to participate in the Sales Tax Holiday Food Drive. Also there are downloadable versions of the Food Drive posters. The information sheet provides detail on obtaining paper copies of posters as well as contact information for organizations involved in the Food Drive.

The Governor will be joining us for a kick off announcement this Friday. We will provide additional details and hope that all of you can join us in helping Vermonters in your community during this shopping holiday.
